Channing Tatum went public with Australian-Balinese model Inka Williams while attending a pre-Oscar party in February 2025.
The Magic Mike star’s new relationship came only four months after he ended his engagement to his longtime partner, Zoë Kravitz. Prior to dating the Batman actress and Williams, Tatum had a longterm relationship with English pop star Jessie J from 2018 to 2020, and was married to Step Up costar Jenna Dewan from 2009 to 2018. (Dewan and Tatum share a daughter, Everly “Evie” Elizabeth Maiselle, born in May 2013.)
An insider exclusively told Us Weekly in May 2025 that Tatum was “very interested” in Williams but wanted to “take things slow” due to his recent split from Kravitz.

The new couple seemed to be taking their relationship more seriously by June 2025, when Williams shared photos from a luxurious yacht getaway, alongside Tatum, via her Instagram Story.

1. Williams Was Born in Australia But Raised in Bali
Inka’s parents – Malcolm Williams, an Australian, and Edith Bournigaud, a French woman – welcomed their daughter in 1999. While Inka was born in Melbourne, Australia, the Williamses raised their children in Bali. (Malcolm and Edith also share a son named Koh.)
The model celebrated her parents’ anniversary in November 2024 by sharing photos from their 1991 wedding day – as well as the jaw-dropping story of how they got engaged.
“My parent’s wedding, Bali – 1991 I think ? My mom was topless at her office with her feet on the table smoking a cigarette and the French consulate paid her a visit,” she wrote via Instagram. “[My mom] covered her top and said ‘yes ? How can i help you’-the consulate stated that since her and my dad (who is Australian) had a son together; they had to get married so my mom ran home quickly, opened the front door and said to my dad ‘Malcolm you wanna get married?’ He said yeah sure. She walked back to her office , still in her sarong, and told the consulate the wedding was on.”

Inka has described her childhood in Bali as “colourful, and harmonious, yet still with an edge of imperfection.”
“Growing up in Bali has made me a very compassionate person,” Inka told By Charlotte in November 2024. “I feel so connected to the culture and energy of this island. It’s so sacred and deep. I think that’s reflected in my day-to-day life and way of living.”
2. She’s Been Called ‘The Gigi Hadid of Bali’
Inka booked her first modeling job when she was only 6 months old, but really started her career at age 15. After moving to London as a teenager, Inka signed with modeling agency IMG – joining an impressive talent roster that includes Ashley Graham, Hailey Bieber and Bella and Gigi Hadid.
Vogue actually referred to Inka as “the Gigi Hadid of Bali” when she was 17 years old due to her rising public profile at such a young age. She has modeled in campaigns for YSL, SIR the Label, Red Earth, Bonds and Akoia Swim, among many others. Her social media presence has also exploded with 2.4 million Instagram followers.
Inka admitted to Grazia Magazine in 2018 that she was overwhelmed by her sudden fame at times.
“Sometimes it’s hard for me to believe when someone stops me on the street and I’m like, ‘Yeah what’s up,’” she joked. “I guess all I’m trying to do is make other people see what’s more important things in life. Not just the materialistic things, but loving yourself. I want to be different and also do something good with my profile.”
She admitted to By Charlotte in November 2024 that there were “positive and negative” aspects to beginning her modeling career so young.
“Being in this industry has helped me build resilience and strength,” she said. “Staying close with my family and remembering my values has been the most important thing for me. It’s definitely not always healthy being in this industry but it’s made me stronger, and I’ve had to find a good balance between it all.”
3. Inka Has Her Own Fashion Brand
Inka was inspired by her mother’s 1990s designs to launch her own fashion brand, She Is, in 2019.
“[I wanted] to continue my mother’s legacy in design, and bring back to life her amazing creations from the ‘90s,” she told By Charlotte.
She partnered with By Charlotte for a signature “Let Love In” fashion capsule in 2024. Inka expressed hope at the time that She Is’ clothes would inspire compassion from anyone wearing them.
“In this world there are so many crazy things constantly happening, it’s so important to focus on the love that we already have in our life,” she said in November 2024. “Love is everywhere. We won’t make it through life without love.”
4. The Justin Bieber Connection
Before joining Hailey Bieber at IMG, Inka nearly had a romance with Hailey’s future husband, Justin Bieber. Williams revealed to Popsugar that she had a missed connection with Bieber in 2016 while they were both in Australia. The “Honest” singer allegedly DMed the model after seeing her picture and asked if she wanted to meet up.
“Justin Bieber messaged me on Instagram and gave me his number when he was in Sydney, wanting to hang out, but I was already at the airport,” she claimed.

5. Channing Tatum Made Her Life ‘Beautiful and Fun’
Channing and Inka have kept a relatively low profile since they started dating, though she did pay loving tribute to the Deadpool & Wolverine star for his 45th birthday in April 2025.
Alongside a carousel of photos, Inka wrote, “Happy life to the handsomest, kindest, funniest, stupidest most gorgeous human ever !!! Merci for making life beautiful and fun.”
She concluded her message with the French phrase, “Jtm trop fort,” which translates in English to, “I love you too much.”
In May 2025, Tatum joined in on birthday celebrations when Inka’s father, Malcolm, turned 75.
“75 today 
happy life my papa. 
I am so my fathers daughter. And yes, you too mum,” she wrote via Instagram.
Tatum replied to Inka’s post with his own birthday shout-out for Malcolm, writing, “An Actual legend still walking on this earth. Happy b day you epic human.
