Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce made quite the entrance at the opening night of Tight End University.
In a video shared by Tight End U via Instagram on Tuesday, June 24, Swift and Kelce, both 35, were seen entering the welcome party on Monday, June 23, at the Thompson Nashville hand in hand. Swift donned a matching green gingham crop top and maxi skirt while Kelce kept it casual with a cream polo and shorts.
The clip featured the couple walking in slow motion to the sound of Swift’s song “Ready for It,” which drew plenty of love from Swifties and football fans alike.

Another wrote, “I cannot express enough how much I LOVE that Taylor didn’t look at the cameras she looked at Travis looking at the cameras! Having his moment. Holy class act!!”
An additional video from the event shared via a fan account on X showed off Swift and Kelce making their way onto the event’s red carpet. While posing for photos together, Kelce had an arm draped around the pop star and the couple even shared a sweet peck on the lips.
The party served as a kickoff for the fifth annual Tight End University, which was created by Kelce, San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle and former Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen.
The multi-day event brings together the best current and former tight ends for a packed schedule of training, film study bonding and entertainment.
In addition to Swift and Kelce, the opening night party featured appearances from Kittle, 31, and his wife, Claire Kittle, Olsen, 40, and his wife, Kara Dooley, Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely and his fiancée, Melanie Guevara, New York Jets tight end Jeremy Ruckert and his wife, Robyn Ruckert, as well as celebrities like comedian Theo Von.
Kelce took the microphone at the event, urging all of the participants to soak up every single part of the experience.
“Don’t be afraid to shake some hands, meet everybody,” Kelce said in a video posted by Tight End U via Instagram on Tuesday. “The event is so unique because you get to see everybody outside of the facemask, man.”
It has been a relatively low-key offseason for Swift and Kelce, who spent a large amount of time training in Florida. Kelce rented a $20 million mansion in Boca Raton, which Swift has frequently visited.
Kelce has lost weight since the Chiefs were defeated by the Philadelphia Eagles in February’s Super Bowl LIX, though he recently pushed back on the report that he has lost 25 pounds.
“First of all, I never said that,” Kelce told reporters at Chiefs minicamp on Wednesday, June 18. “Don’t believe all you read on the Internet, guys. Alright?”
Still, Kelce did acknowledge that he’s “down some weight from the end of the season last year.”

“Each year’s different, man,” Kelce told reporters. “You gotta rebuild it. This year, got some time to really focus on some form running and some things early on in the offseason that I just didn’t have time for last year. Certainly feeling good and I think it will pay off.”
In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly last week, Eagles tight end and Tight End U participant Dallas Goedert joked that he was looking forward to talking to Kelce about the weight loss.
“It will be interesting to talk to him about that,” Goedert said. “You know, just see if he’s traveling too much or having a good time. I know he’s got a lot going on in his life as well.”
After Tight End U wraps up on June 26, Kelce has less than a month before the Chiefs officially open training camp on July 22.
