We’re obsessed with Mariah Carey’s lavish Connecticut rental home, now on sale for $12.4 million.
Carey, 56, had been renting the gorgeous estate known as Orchard’s End in New Canaan, Connecticut, for $75,000 per month for nearly two years. Serhant Real Estate listing agents Danielle Malloy and Jessica Lane confirmed to Mansion Global that the pop star moved out of the home earlier in 2025.
“The quality and scale of this home are like no other,” Malloy said.

According to Malloy, Carey recorded some of her upcoming 16th album at the estate, as well as her verses in the 2024 remix of Muni Long‘s single “Made for Me.”
