Jordon Hudson shared a thoughtful tribute to Melissa Sapini via Instagram as the pageant queen completed her time as Miss Massachusetts — and threw some shade at her boyfriend’s ex in the process.
Hudson, 24, referenced Linda Holliday, ex-girlfriend of football coaching legend Bill Belichick, with a not-so-subtle line toward the end of the post.
“I know you will keep shining, metamorphosing and taking up space; even when others threaten you and insist that you don’t belong, e.g. the ‘Nantucket Socialites’…,” she wrote on Tuesday, June 17, alongside a carousel of photos with Sapini, 22.

Hudson and Sapini both drew Holliday’s ire at a Christmas party last year. Holliday, 62, was upset with Hudson attending the event because it was “widely advertised as a party headlined by her daughters,” according to an incident report obtained by TMZ.
Nick Viall Reacts to Bill Belichick’s Relationship, References Age Gap
Hudson and Belichick, 73, first sparked romance rumors in 2023, shortly after the coach and Holliday called it quits after 16 years together.
At the party, Holliday confronted Hudson and asked her to leave, the report states. Hudson agreed, but not before allegedly telling staffers that Holliday warned Sapini that if she “valued her current title, she should think twice about who her friends are.”

The report states that Sapini did not respond to Holliday, but did begin to cry in a corner of the room.
But Hudson’s post wasn’t just about shading Belichick’s ex. She also looked back at her friend’s journey in the pageant world, which included Sapini defeating her.
Rachel Lindsay Is All Smiles at Football Event After Finalizing Divorce
“Last March, we strutted into the first ever double-header pageant for Maine and Massachusetts, both well-prepared and optimistic,” she wrote. “In the final moments before parading back on stage to learn the judges’ verdicts, we exchanged mutually assuring ‘you got this’s. Next thing I know, my head is bowed on center-stage as Sal delivers the final verdict, which at the time felt like a death sentence. 1st Runner-Up. Like a good loser, I mustered up the best fake smile I could. Minutes later, as the starry crown was placed over your perfect bun, my fake smile became an involuntary one.”
“Like a true Queen, you stayed down to earth while up in space,” Hudson continued, “For you had been a devastated member of the ‘1st Runner-Up Club’ twice now. I see now that those heartbreaking placements had earned you the humility you now carried so effortlessly. Through my induction, I earned the opportunity to be your cheerleader with no strings attached.”
She concluded, “Congratulations on completing this chapter, Queenie. I can’t wait to watch you step into your reign as Melissa Sapini, Hollywood Entertainment Reporter Extraordinare!!!”
