Brooklyn Peltz Beckham and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, have deepened their California roots with the purchase of a new mansion.
A source confirmed to Us Weekly that the couple — who got married in April 2022 — are the new owners of a $16 million home in Beverly Hills’ famous Trousdale Estates neighborhood.
Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, are surrounded by plenty of A-listers, including Elton John who the source describes as “a close neighbor.”

The home was secured in an off-market deal.
Why Brooklyn and Nicola Beckham Still Aren’t Talking to David and Victoria
Despite Brooklyn and Nicola currently navigating an ongoing rift with his family — including his parents, David and Victoria — the couple’s decision to buy property stateside is not connected to the drama.
“This house has nothing to do with family dynamics,” the source explained. “Both Nicola and Brooklyn’s careers are based in Los Angeles, and Brooklyn spent part of his childhood there while his father played for [the MLS’] L.A. Galaxy.”
The insider added, “During that time, he attended school in L.A. for several years and built a life and friendships in the city. L.A. has always felt like home to him.”
Brooklyn launched his hot sauce company, Cloud23, in October 2024 and comes in two flavors: Hot Habanero and Sweet Jalapeño. Nicola is an actress, best known for her roles on Bates Motel and Welcome to Chippendales.
A second source explained that Brooklyn and Nicola are eager to “build a peaceful life together.”
While the couple remains thousands of miles away from Brooklyn’s estranged family in the U.K., the insider said all hope is not lost for a reconciliation.
“Moving forward isn’t out of the realm of possibility, but would require effort and accountability from the other side,” the source added.
Brooklyn and Nicola have not been on speaking terms with David, 50, and Victoria, 51, since the couple chose not to attend David’s 50th birthday party in London on May 3.
Brooklyn Beckham Parties With Wife Nicola and Her Brother Amid Family Feud
The decision was made after Brooklyn and Nicola sought a “separate meet-up” with David and Victoria due to friction between Brooklyn and his brother Romeo’s relationship with his then-girlfriend, Kim Turnbull. David and Victoria declined Brooklyn and Nicola’s request.
Romeo, 22, and Turnbull, 24, split a few weeks after David’s party after seven months of dating.
In the midst of the tension with his own family, a source exclusively told Us Weekly earlier this month that he’s been leaning on Nicola’s parents.
The insider said Nicola’s mother, Claudia Heffner, has been “encouraging Brooklyn to take the space.”
