Alleged Assault Occurred at Scott and Kelley Wolf’s Home Amid Divorce Drama

An individual at Scott and Kelley Wolf’s home claimed they had been choked by another individual at the Utah residence, and the local sheriff discussed potential criminal charges, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

Us obtained a report taken by the Summit County Sheriff’s Office on June 13, the same day that Kelley, 48, was detained and taken to a hospital by law enforcement, revealing officers responded to the home after a 911 call about a “verbal dispute.”

While on the scene, an unnamed person told officers that her brother-in-law was trespassing and she wanted him to be removed. The report revealed the brother-in-law had been given permission to be in the home by one of the owners.

During the investigation, a male individual recalled to police a “past-occurred assault” on March 6th 2025, detailing another individual allegedly “putting her hands around his neck” but “did not choke him hard enough to restrict blood or air flow.”

He said, “I contacted [the alleged victim] by phone and asked if he would like to come to the sheriff’s office and fill out a [signed] affidavit regarding the assault that occurred on March 6.”

The officer added, “I also requested to interview his [redacted], who witnessed the assault. I told [the alleged victim] that after he filled out a statement and [the witness] was interviewed that I could have the incident screened by the County Attorney’s Office for criminal charges.”

However, the alleged victim said he did not want to proceed.

I provided [him] with my email address and told him to contact me if he changes his mind. No further action was taken.”

Another officer provided a description of what happened at the home on June 13 when the police said they spoke to a woman who agreed to get some belongings and items from the home and leave for the night.

“I explained to [ the woman] to get her essential belongings and that she didn’t have to say anything to anyone if she didn’t want to,” the report continued.

The officer continued, “I then remained at the residence until [the woman] had packed her items.

Per the report, an unnamed father requested deputies’ help to return a phone the woman had allegedly “forcibly” taken from a family member in the house, involving a “tug of war over the phone.” But deputies noted she was allowed to “confiscate” it.

As Us previously reported, Kelley was detained by officers during an Instagram Live while at the Sundance resort.

“This is shameful, gentlemen. Look at this, look at this woman, this is shameful. Be ashamed, be ashamed of yourselves, gentlemen,” Kelley could be heard saying on camera.

The Utah County Sheriff’s Office confirmed they responded to the Sundance Resort.

A rep for the Sheriff told Us they responded “for a report of a female that needed some help. Upon speaking with the female, our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies. For that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital.”

Scott’s close friend, Billy Bush, spoke out after Kelley’s detainment to defend the actor. He denied Kelley’s claim on social media that she was being abused.

Bush, 53, said, “There is zero truth to anything abusive by Scott, 57. He is the kindest, sweetest person. He is all of that and more.”

Scott announced he had filed for divorce from Kelley on June 10 after 21 years of marriage.
